Team Infused has been on the esports scene since 2005, and have been playing competitive Halo since 2011. They earned their spot for the Halo World Championship by taking first place over Epsilon and exceL eSports at the Halo World Championship Tour: Cologne, which was their first major Halo tournament win.
Team Immunity has been playing Halo competitively since 2011, and they qualified for the Halo World Championship by taking first place at the Halo World Championship Tour: Sydney. However, the number one seed from Australia / New Zealand has a tough road ahead, as they recently announced that their team captain Heff will be sitting on the sidelines due to a hand injury.
