What are the dates of the Drops?
Drop campaign is available only on December 7th from 6PM to 12AM (KSA Time - GMT+3)
How long do I have to claim my drops?
You must claim any drops earned within 24 hours from when the promotion ended. If not claimed within 24 hours, the drop will no longer be available.
Do I need to claim each drop before I can start accumulating hours to get the next drop?
Viewers are no longer required to claim each drop before they can earn progress to the next drop in the campaign.
How do I link my Battle.net and Streaming Platform account?
Sign into your Battle.net account at account.battle.net/connections and click the Connect link for an eligible streaming platform, then follow the instructions to sign-in and link your associated account to Battle.net.
What devices can I use to earn and claim drops?
You can earn and claim drops using your PC/Mac web browser or on an eligible streaming platform app for Android or iOS. Applications on game consoles, smart TVs, embedded players, and other TV apps do not support drops. Learn more.
Do I need to watch the same channel the entire time to earn my drops?
Yes, you can earn progress toward a drop by tuning into only eligible channel: www.twitch.tv/esl_overwatch_ar on Twitch.tv platform.

Will I receive my drop rewards in-game automatically?
You must claim the drop on the channel you’re watching or in the Drops Inventory menu on an eligible streaming platform.
Do Drop rewards expire?
Earned Drop rewards will expire seven days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked.
What regions are eligible for these Drops?
Participating regions include North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. See campaign rules for more information regarding eligibility.
