Day 3 saw the first Call of Duty World League, presented by PlayStation 4 Stage 2 Champion crowned, alongside the two EU semifinals matches. The EU Grand Finals is set: Team Infused will go up against Millenium in the EU Grand Finals.
ANZ GRAND FINALS
The Australia / New Zealand Grand Finals saw #1 Orbit going up against #2 Mindfreak. The series started off in favor of Mindfreak, as they took Hardpoint Game 1 250-188. Mindfreak’s dominance continued into Uplink taking 15-6. Orbit’s confident game mode is S&D, and they were unable to take the win it, falling 4-6.
Orbit started to mount a comeback, taking Game 4 CTF and Game 5 Hardpoint, but Mindfreak’s Uplink game was stronger. They won it 13-5 and won the series 4-2! Mindfreak are the ANZ Stage 2 Champions!

EUROPE
Team Infused vs. Splyce
#2 Team Infused played their first match of the Stage 2 Finals vs. Splyce in the EU semifinals. In Hardpoint Game 1, Splyce came back being down 0-52 to win 250-204. Infused tied the series up at 1-1 with a win 6-2 Uplink win. The series went back and forth and headed into a Game 6 Uplink. Infused had their backs against the wall here, down in the series 2-3. The completely dominated Uplink, taking it 20-6 to force the final game 7.
Game 7 was a thriller to watch. Splyce started off strong and held a 5-2 lead, but it all fell apart there. Infused won the next four rounds in a row to win the series in the final Round 11!

HyperGames vs. Millenium
The second EU SemiFinal match up saw the #1 seed HyperGames go up against #5 Millenium. Millenium proved they are the powerhouse EU Call of Duty team, taking this series with ease. Big plays from Millenium’s MadCat in CTF lead to their 4-0 series win.

The European Call of Duty World League Stage 2 Finals matchup is set! Millenium will play Team Infused starting at 10AM PT on Championship Sunday!
