Back in November at BlizzCon, Blizzard announced massive plans for a Heroes of the Storm Global Championship Circuit with three Global Championships happening around the world over the course of 2016. First up will be the Spring Global Championship in Seoul, Korea on April 1st through April 3rd. If you want a chance to get flown to Korea and fight for a US$500,000 prize pool, your team will need to qualify and come out on top at the ESL Los Angeles Spring Regional in Burbank, California!
The top two teams at each of the four upcoming ESL Los Angeles Spring Qualifiers will be invited to the North American Spring Regional, and the top two teams from that event will make the trip to Seoul.
Heroes of the Storm ESL Los Angeles Spring Qualifiers
The first qualifier kicks off on January 31st so assemble your team and sign up! You can find a complete schedule for the qualifiers below, and keep in mind that signups will lock three days before the start of each qualifier.
- Sunday, January 31st, 9:00am PST: NA Qualifier #1 (top 2 teams qualify)
- Sunday, February 7th, 9:00am PST: NA Qualifier #2 (top 2 teams qualify)
- Tuesday, February 9th through February 11th, 6:00pm PST: NA Qualifier #3 (top 2 teams qualify)
- Sunday, February 14th, 9:00am PST: NA Final Qualifier (top 8 non-qualified teams invited, top 2 teams qualify)

Heroes of the Storm ESL Los Angeles Spring Regional
The eight qualifying teams will battle it out in the Nexus at the ESL Los Angeles Spring Regional at the ESL Studios in Burbank, California on February 27th and 28th. Blizzard will be supporting the event with a US$100,000 prize pool, and the top two teams will receive a spot to compete at the Heroes of the Storm Spring Global Championship in Seoul.
