Starting today the League of Legends community gets the chance to bring the tournament at Intel Extreme Masters San Jose to the next level. Whereas most organizations have only released little to no information on their roster, some of the best Western League teams are up to compete at the SAP Center in San Jose during the off season presenting their new teams and working their way towards their perfect shape to kick off their LCS run in 2015. You can vote for one team of both the NA and EU LCS to join the ranks and fight for the title at the home of NHL’s Sharks.
Vote for your favorite NA and EU LCS teams!
The American candidates:
- Cloud 9
- Evil Geniuses
- Counter Logic Gaming
- Team Dignitas
- Curse
- Team 8
Will Cloud 9 get the chance to play on home soil?
With NA LCS Champion TeamSoloMid already on board, another team from the United States will make it to San Jose to give everything to hinder the former “baylife” crew to win another title in the Bay Area. All of the other seven NA LCS teams are hoping for your vote to get the chance to present themselves next to at least two teams who played at Worlds. But just like the EU teams, the NA teams are not done with their teams for the next season and so some big changes, potential Korean or Chinese additions and more could shake up the balance of power in the scene.
The European candidates:
- SK Gaming
- Copenhagen Wolves
- Supa Hot Crew
- Unicorns of Love
Can SK and nRated make it to San Jose?
SK Gaming is a undoubtedly the biggest name in this pool. Not only does SK run eSports for a very, very long time and has a very large fan base around the globe, but also is one of the core teams within LCS since it’s start with players like ocelote, Alliances Wickd and many more stars wearing their colors. But both Copenhagen Wolves and Super Hot Crew have made a lot of fans over the last LCS seasons and Unicorns of Love are the hot Challenger Series team that made it into the 2015 edition of LCS by defeating Millenium in Relegation.
The choice is yours!
With only one team per region making it to San Jose by your vote, there are some favorites along the board, but past has shown it’s not always the Goliath to take down one or more Davids. So make sure to support your favorite organization by voting for them or have a look at all those rumors around to check out which team might be forming 2015s super team on either NA or EU.
Vote and make your favorite go to San Jose!
