Good news, grunts! The Gears of War ESL Pro League Season 2 finals will take place on Saturday, April 23rd, at PAX East! The top four teams in the standings will travel to Boston and fight for the championship title and a share of the US$60,000 prize pool at the PAX ESL arena. The finals will be broadcast live on the Gears of War Twitch channel and will include giveaways for limited edition Season 2 items as well as an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming Gears of War 4.

Exclusive Items

During the live stream, viewers will be able to claim the brand new Season 2 finals animated weapon skin “Chevron”. The skin will only be available during the Season 2 finals, so be sure to tune in!

Viewers will also be eligible to win a one-of-a-kind Gears of War 4 Xbox One. Stay tuned for instructions during the stream on April 23 to claim your skin, and for a chance to win the custom console!

Gears of War 4

A worldwide reveal of never before seen Gears of War 4 gameplay, including a new competitive mode that is set to change the future of Gears of War esports, will happen during the Season 2 finals. Fans at PAX East will also be able to be among the first to get their hands Gears of War 4 multiplayer at the Xbox booth.

Returning champions Denial and EnVyUs are currently fighting over the top position, with Strictly Business, DreamTeam, and E6 close behind, but anything can happen as the eight teams in Season 2 battle it out over the next few days.
