We’re happy to announce our final fantasy league of 2014 for the League of Legends competition at Intel Extreme Masters Cologne! You’ll be able to assemble your own dream team by picking and choosing between the pro players from all six attending teams - why not show off your fantasy expertise against friends, colleagues and other users?
You can use your existing ESL account or sign in with Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. After that, all you need to do is name your team, click “Join League” and you’re all set and ready to start picking your players.
Let’s take a closer look at the rules and the scoring system.
Intel Extreme Masters Cologne ESL Fantasy rules
- There is no virtual budget and no player prices
- Your fantasy roster consists of five players, one covering each position, and one team
- The per-game point system is the same as in our Intel Extreme Masters San Jose fantasy league (see the graphic below)
- For each series, player stats are divided by total games played, for example:
- (sum of player’s stats) / (number of maps played) * 3 (*3 for BO3 or *5 for BO5)
- Quarterfinal points are halved
- Selections are made before each tournament day
- Rosters are unlocked after every match day, allowing changes for the following tournament day
In addition to the five players in your fantasy team, you also get to pick one of the participating teams, whose daily stats will flow into your fantasy point total. Check out the team scoring system below.
