This Wednesday we will get to know the groups for EMS One Katowice. The teams, divided into four pools, will be drawn into four groups for the US$250,000 prized event. It will decide all the action we will get to see early in the tournament and predictions for later on. One team per pool will be drawn to form one group at the event. Things that could happen
From looking at the pools there are some very interesting possibilities such as a group with all three French teams in it. Titan, LDLC, Clan-Mystik plus any of the Pool #3 teams would make a hell of a group, but also most likely some of the most tensed matches that we could possibly get. Especially with the recent changes in the lineups of LDLC and Clan-Mystik, the matches could become a very emotional one for both fans and players.
For Fnatic this could also be the chance to make HeatoN and others who doubt their top team ambitions realize that they are not just lucky. Fnatic might already have the chance to kick out some big names right in the group stage. If they get a group with teams like LDLC, iBP and Reason Gaming, the champion of DreamHack Winter could start of the tournament working hard on their reputation and underline that their success at DHW was not just a lucky shot.
