Season 3 of the Rainbow Six Pro League is underway, and Week 2 of the North American matches featured several upsets. Season 2 Xbox One champions lost two maps to Noble Esports and while some games still need to be rescheduled, it is clear that this season the battles on both Xbox One and PC will be more cutthroat than ever. The competition has leveled up over the summer and each team is ready for their shot at the Season 3 championship title.

The first matchup of the week pitted 3sUp Enterprises against Onslaught Clan. 3sUp took Oregon with a strong showing and a 5-3 scoreline. A rambo style triple kill secured the final round for 3sUp as Onslaught attempted to push into the basement. The second map was Clubhouse and Onslaught jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead. After some back and forth Onslaught were able to lock down the win 6-5 in overtime to secure themselves a point in Week 2.

The first PC match of the night was Eanix vs Flipsid3 Tactics. Clubhouse was up first and things went back and forth in the beginning until Flipsid3 pulled ahead in round five and made their way to a 5-3 win. Consulate was the second map for the series, an increasingly popular map on both Xbox and PC. Eanix wasn’t able to put up as much of a fight this time. Flipsid3 jumped out to a 4-0 lead before finishing off the map 5-2.

The second match of the night pitted last season’s champions Orgless against Biggity Boo Bop, a team of Pro League veterans that formed their own squad. Clubhouse went to Biggity Boo Bop with a score of 5-1 as they upset Orgless after a strong showing last week. Chalet was up next and went to Orgless in a similar fashion. They finished off Biggity Boo Bop 5-2 and looked extremely strong in the second half of the map.
Offstream MilSpec Esports picked up a 2-0 win over addiction.
