The weekend brings with it a once in a lifetime opportunity for European citizens: the WCS America RO16 will be broadcast live from the ESL TV Studios in Cologne, Germany, and tickets are absolutely free!
"This weekend presents a unique opportunity for StarCraft fans to come and meet players who might not ordinarily be in the Cologne studios. We have some of the best Korean players and personalities in the world like Hyun, Bomber, TaeJa and CranK as well as the defending two-time WCS America champion Polt!
We’ll also be able to witness North American players such as Huk, puCK and neeb in action alongside the always-impressive Chinese players MacSed, XiGua and TooDming.
It’s going to be an epic couple of days of StarCraft 2 action! With so many of the big names falling short of qualification in the last round (Jaedong, Scarlett, Sen and HerO), the round of 16 is wide open as we continue our search for the first foreigner to make it to a WCS America final!
This might be the one and only chance Europeans have of getting up close to this set of players, so make sure you get your tickets fast. They're free too!"
