Dear CS:GO Fans around the world,
We have been closely monitoring the developments in regards to the global health situation and want to be as transparent with you, the fans, as possible. After careful evaluation of the upcoming ESL One Cologne and IEM Melbourne events in 2020, we have come to a decision in line with current regulations on large gatherings in both Germany and Australia. As a result of this, both ESL One Cologne and IEM Melbourne will not occur with audiences this year, with both live events postponed until 2021.
Update for ESL One Cologne 2020 & 2021
Following Germany’s official ruling that no large gatherings can take place until the end of August, 2020 we are announcing that the 2020 edition of ESL One Cologne will take place without a live audience this year. At the same time, we unveil the ESL One Cologne 2021 dates: July 16 -18 with all purchased 2020 tickets remaining valid for next year’s event.
We will be back in LANXESS arena on July 16-18 in 2021. If you have already booked your trip to Cologne in 2020, we advise to cancel and reschedule your bookings.
