The first day of the ESL One Battlefield 4 Winter finals concluded yesterday, with eight of the world’s top Battlefield teams facing off at the ESL studios in Cologne, Germany for their share of a €35,000 prize pool as well as the coveted title and trophy.
Yesterday’s battles were swift and precise, with the teams of both groups A and B taking vital steps towards staking their claim on tomorrow’s semifinal spots as decisively as possible. With clear-cut 2-0 victories all round aside from the close-fought Group A matchup between the Australian SYF Gaming and German LeiSuRe (who were eliminated along with ReVo eSport in Group B), will the teams be able to achieve the same decisive results today?

The ESL One Battlefield 4 Winter finals continue today at 12:00 CET with the decider matches, semifinals and all-important grand final. With PENTA Sports and SYF Gaming to face off to see who will go to the semifinals in Group A and INTZ and Evolution GamerZ to undertake a rematch for the same in Group B while InFamous eSport and Epsilon eSport wait in the wings, there are going to be some truly incredible games.
