ESL One Cologne is going to be the world’s largest CS:GO tournament featuring the best teams from around the globe. Eight of those teams, labeled as legends, have received direct invitations to the event, while the rest are going to be decided via a series of LAN qualifiers.

The first of the LAN qualifiers, the Asian qualifier, kicked off today with the group stages. Teams from all over the region traveled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to battle it out for two slots in ESL One Cologne.

Group A

The favourite of group A was the Australian team, Immunity, who did not disappoint its fans and breezed through the group securing the first slot in the playoffs. The second slot has yet to be decided in the group decider match between Skyred and myRevenge which will be played tomorrow.

Group B had another big favourite from Australia, Renegades. Similarly to Immunity, the second Australian team left no chances for their opponents and snatched a slot in the playoffs. Tomorrow, we will find out who will join them after a decider match between QeeYou and MVP.Karnal.

The finals take place tomorrow!

With the semifinalists decided, tomorrow will determine the two teams who will qualify to ESL One Cologne to compete among the world’s best CS:GO teams. Immunity and Renegades from Australia will face to teams which will emerge victorious from their group decider matches.
