The #GW2PL started off strong this week, with the EU teams pulling out clean sweeps across the board. Orange Logo, Rank Fifty Five Dragons, and The Civilized Gentlemen went 2-0 in their matches, which significantly shuffled the leaderboard. Rank Fifty Five Dragons’ victory this week successfully moved them ahead of the resilient Vermilion, with The Civilized Gentlemen close behind.

This week in North America, Team PZ and Astral Authority took impressive victories and punched their ticket to Burbank. The most evenly-matched game this week was Spoookie against eDream, but eDream forfeited the match due to roster issues, giving Spoookie the automatic win and placing them on the leaderboard.
The final match of the week was a tense battle between EZ PZ and Final Form, but EZ PZ managed to steal the game - first with an impressive Chieftain kill, and then with a win against the timer.
