On the second day of ESL One Cologne 2016, we got to witness the winner’s and loser’s matches of the group stage. For the winners, a safe spot for the matches in LANXESS arena was on the line, while the losers were on the edge of dropping out. With a lot of matchups looking thrilling on paper, we saw a good bunch of big matches, including some surprising performances.

After starting off with two quite quick matches from Group A, the games became more balanced for the Groups B and C, before the group of death aka. Group D left us stunned once more with the performances of four of the best teams in the world.
