Intel Extreme Masters San Jose kicked off at the SAP Center yesterday for a second time, and thousands of fans gathered in the stadium to witness some great CS:GO action in person. Eight CS:GO teams started their battle for the Intel Extreme Masters trophy and a slot at the Katowice World Championship - we were in for a treat!
There were three North American teams in the running, all passionately cheered for by the huge San Jose crowd. Unfortunately, only one managed to prevail over their European opponent - Team Liquid, who now carries all of the North American hope in the tournament.
