As the Snapdragon Mobile Challenge Season 1 regional finals have come to a spectacular conclusion, and with over $480,000 in prize pool money already distributed, Season 2 of the Snapdragon® Pro Series is shaping up to propel mobile esports to epic new heights. Delivered by ESL FACEIT Group and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., the Snapdragon Pro Series is fueling the esports ‘Era of Everyone’ by democratizing esports for a new generation of passionate mobile players, hungry to grasp today’s esports opportunity through the accessible medium of mobile.
Over the course of the next few months, aspiring mobile players and veteran esports competitors worldwide can look forward to an exciting Snapdragon Mobile Open Season 2. With some Open Cups already live, competitions in more regions will soon be under way. Furthermore, the Snapdragon Pro Series will once again partner with the PUBG Mobile Club Open, to bring exciting PUBG Mobile competition to North America, Europe, The Middle East and North Africa. This competition will help players start their professional journey, ascend to new heights within the PUBG Mobile esports ecosystem and compete for their share of $200,000 in prize money. Players can register for 2022 PMCO Fall exclusively through the game client of PUBG Mobile for ease of access. Rank requirements have also been changed from Platinum to Silver to make the program even more accessible.
Snapdragon Mobile Challenge Season 2 will feature additional game titles — Clash of Clans will return to the North America region; and League of Legends: Wild Rift will make its debut as a Challenge title in the EUR/MENA region. Fans in the Asia-Pacific region can count on some incredible mobile esports action with regional competitions in Free Fire and League of Legends: Wild Rift.
Fans and players of Brawl Stars can look forward to some electrifying action as the game will also be featured in the second season of the Snapdragon Mobile Challenge as players and teams advance towards the epic Snapdragon Mobile Masters. The regional finals events are again expected to be played out in front of a live audience in each region.
