We’re incredibly excited to announce that the ESL ESEA Pro League is coming to Dubai as part of GAMES 15! The ESL ESEA Pro League Invitational will see six of the world’s best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams fight it out for a US$250,000 prize pool as part of the GAMES 15 festival, the region’s largest gaming event.
About GAMES 15
GAMES 15 is the Middle East’s premier gaming event. Running from the 10th to the 12th of September at the world-renowned Dubai International Marina Club, GAMES 15 is a celebration of all things gaming that includes a festival, early access expo and workshops conducted by gaming industry experts. The event will be closed on Saturday with Video Games Live – an immersive concert experience featuring music from some of the most popular video games of all time.
Organized by the team behind Middle East Film and Comic Con, Extra Cake and The Middle East Gaming Alliance, the event is also supported by Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), with executive director of the Dubai Events and Conventions Bureau Hamad Mohammed Bin Mejren having said the following about the event:
“Dubai’s year-round calendar of events continues to grow in both its size as well as its diversity thanks to events such as GAMES 15. As a young vibrant city, we continuously seek to reflect the very best of both local and international culture, entertainment and innovation through all Dubai events and GAMES 15 is no exception.”

The ESL ESEA Pro League Invitational
The ESL ESEA Pro League is one of the largest international Counter-Strike Global Offensive tournament series in the world, with the event at GAMES 15 to showcase some of the game’s most talented players in a pre-season invitational before the kick-off of season two.
The six top teams who’ll be fighting for the massive quarter of a million dollar prize pool are:
- Ninjas in Pyjamas
- Natus Vincere
- Team ENVYUS
Patrik Sättermon, COO of Fnatic, the winner of season one of the ESL ESEA Pro League, said of the upcoming event:
