This weekend, New York will get to see the final American BlizzCon qualification matches. At the Manhattan Hammerstein Ballroom, the American Championships in both Hearthstone and World of Warcraft will decide who’ll take the last spots at BlizzCon in both games. While the participants are already set, today we have the honor of presenting the talent who’ll be taking you through the weekend.

Hearthstone: Three well-known faces unite

The Hearthstone Americas Championship will be being covered by Dan “Frodan” Chou, Ryan “REALZ” Masterson and Erik “DoA” Loonquist. While Frodan is pretty much the face of competitive Hearthstone, having hosted events such as Intel Extreme Masters Shenzhen and more, REALZ and DoA both made a name by playing and casting respectively: REALZ has a third/fourth place at DreamHack Summer to his named while DoA is well known for his work at IHearthU, where he casts alongside Artosis as part of the King of the Hill series.

WoW: A true champion to commentate the rise of the next

The 2014 North American World of Warcraft Arena Tournament will be looked after by Rachel "Seltzer" Quirico as well as the duo of Isaac “Azael” Benning-Cummings and Jared “Vhell” Coulston. While Seltzer hosted multiple events throughout the last years, Azael made a name as one of the best World of Warcraft arena players, having won the last World Championship with Evil Geniuses back in 2010. Last week at the European finals on the road to BlizzCon, he joined the team at DreamHack to cast the matches, and now he’s back for the American finals. Vhell, on the other hand, is known for his World of Warcraft casting work, and has already paired up with Azael for multiple events.
