After decisive performances in the semis, we have an exciting grand finals matchup for the Intel Extreme Masters World Championship Katowice in CS:GO! Whoever ends up winning the grand finals will be a first time champions and judging by the semi finals, both teams will be in top form for all-important Bo5 to decide the new trophy holders.
Astralis vs. Heroic
In the all-Danish semi final, the Major champs Astralis had their eyes firmly set on the next trophy by laying down a commanding performance against Heroic. The surprise winners of Group B, that enjoyed a direct path into the semis, stood no chance on both Train and Nuke, dropping both maps to their Danish counterparts with 10-16.

FaZe Clan vs. Immortals
The amazing run by Immortals found its end in the semi finals where the brave Brazilians were faced by FaZe’s dominance. Throughout both games, the Europeans managed to keep Immortals firmly at bay, never looking in danger on Inferno and Mirage. Now they’ll have a really tough task ahead of them, going toe to toe against Astralis in what will hopefully be a complete Bo5!
