The ESL Southeast Europe Championship will crown its CS:GO Champions on Saturday, December 8 during Bucharest Gaming Week. The following day, on Sunday, December 9, we will bring two invited pro teams plus an online qualifier to throw the gauntlet down on the SEC champs for a juicy € 50.000 EUR total prize pool.
Romexpo arena will host the 8th edition of the ESL Southeast Europe Championship, the longest-running league in the region, and we’ve decided to take things up a notch to celebrate esports in the heart of Romania with the full support of Bucharest’s Municipality & the Cultural Center of Bucharest (ARCUB).
The Bucharest Gaming Week Invitational powered by ESL will bring some of Europe’s finest emerging talent in the continental CS:GO scene for the final day of a weekend-long gaming festival with activities and surprises for all levels of fans, from the most competitive to the easy-going casuals.

Qualifiers are open to teams residing in Europe, teams who posses a European visa or teams who can secure a visa to enter Romania in time. The top three finishers from each Qualifier will advance to the online playoffs, where they will join the winners of two local to the SEE scene leagues. The 8 teams will battle it out on November 26-28 for a place in the LAN finals.

The € 50.000 EUR prize pool is split as follows:
1st place - € 25.000 EUR
2nd place - € 12.500 EUR
3rd place - € 6.250 EUR
4th place - € 6.250 EUR
