For the second year in a row, CROSSFIRE will light up the Intel® Extreme Masters Expo with an invitational that brings the best teams from around the world to the International Convention Center located next to the Spodek Arena in Katowice, Poland.
During the second weekend of the tournament on Saturday, March 3rd, four teams will compete for a $30,000 prize pool and the title that was last claimed by the Chinese world champion team Super Valiant Gaming. Two European teams will have the chance to qualify for the competition this January through the ESL Play open qualifiers for the chance to measure themselves against the beasts of the east - one Chinese and one Vietnamese powerhouse.
There are two ways of qualifying for the tournament via the Go4Crossfire cups this January. Either qualify and win the January monthly Go4 final or accumulate the most Go4 points across all of January’s weekly competitions.
