GRAMMY award winning music producer and DJ Afrojack, having performed a sold-out Heineken Music Hall show last year, now has his sights set on a bigger venue: Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome. However, this show is set to be about more than just music – tonight’s concert, set to run from 20:00 to around 23:30 CET, will see the latest release from top FPS franchise Call of Duty assuming a crucial role.
Afrojack, a massive Call of Duty fan himself, has developed a number of unique show elements that will bring the upcoming Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare to life in spectacular fashion as part of the concert
In addition to the show itself, directly afterwards ESL will be helping to run an exclusive afterparty attended by around 100 invitees, who will be among the first to play Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in the Netherlands. The game not scheduled to be officially released until the 3rd of November, and those at the afterparty will also get a once in a lifetime opportunity to play Call of Duty: Advanced warfare either with or against Afrojack himself.
In addition to this, top Call of Duty teams FAB eSports (NL) and TCM Gaming (UK) will be facing off against each other as well as Afrojack, with a number of other special guests including Call of Duty YouTubers also in attendance to take part in the action.
Afrojack, who boasts six times platinum status in the Netherlands and has previously worked with other well-known artists such as Jared Leto, Snoop Dogg and Sting, said of the upcoming collaboration:
“The sky is not the limit. In this show I want to best everything I’ve done before.”
