How do I sign up?
Easily! You can use your existing ESL account or sign up with your Facebook, Google or Twitter account. Once signed up, enter your team name, choose your players for the current round of competition and you’re away. Each registered user can manage one team of players per league.
How does it work?
For the group stages, you draft on player per group (so eight in the RO32 and four in the RO16), while once the playoffs begin, you choose one player from the upper bracket and one player from the lower one – all this is illustrated in our infographic below,
Remember that you can’t draft Fantasy players once the competition is active, so be sure to do so before everything kicks off!
Progress and points
The performance of players you’ve added to your lineup can be tracked in the global player market, a screenshot of which can be seen below. The global player market allows you to see how a player has fared in the previous season as well as this one, plus shows how well they did in the past two, four or eight matches. You can also directly compare two players’ performances.
As well gaining points for wins and losing them for losses, your players can also earn upset points as a result of fulfilling the following criteria:
