The first Season Finals for both the American and European World Championship Series 2014 got off to a great start with a showmatch between the two regions. After that, it got right down to business with WCS Europe, crowning the Jang “MC” Min Chul Season One champion before switching over to WCS America to see Ko “HyuN” Seok Hyun take the title. Europe vs. America Showmatch: ReDeYe secures victory for Europe
With Kevin “RotterdaM” van der Kooi and Shaun “Apollo” Clark as WCS America and WCS Europe team captains respectively, the two regions prepared to square off against each other ahead of the World Championship Series Season One Finals. The team lineups were constantly changing, with MMA stepping in for Team America (!) and ReDeYe for Team Europe (among many others). But one thing remained constant: fun. WCS Europe: dry spell ends for the BossToss
No European World Championship Series titles for Jang "MC" Min Chul. Until now. The series went back and forth, first 1-1 then 2-2, but eventually the Protoss pulled out ahead, beating the Terran legend to take his title and the trophy!
