Intel Extreme Master took us all over the globe and brought us some exciting StarCraft II with the end of Season X and the beginning of Season XI. 2016’s stops included Taipei, Katowice, Shanghai, as well as Gyeonggi to round out the year and we got to see four different players lift the respective trophies. The ultimate glory - the Season X title - ended up going to none other than Polt, but there were a lot more memorable moments throughout the year.
