Day two of this week’s StarCraft II action saw four more players step up to the plate in order to try and secure a place at the WCS Season 3 in Kraków, Poland from September the 8th to the 13th. Today it was the turns of Swedish Zerg Zanster, Chinese Zerg iAsonu, Korean Terran ForGG and Canadian Zerg Kane to face off at the ESL studios in Cologne and prove their mettle.
Group F’s lineup was almost all Zergs - except for top Terran ForGG, of course, an undeniable favorite to advance. Despite losing his first game versus iAsonu and causing fears of an upset, ForGG ultimately went on to win the series 2-1. New blood Zanster, meanwhile, made the most of his first time in the Premier League, heading straight into the round of 16.
See below for how all the matchups went down.
