We’re excited to be bringing you Fantasy leagues for both the League of Legends and StarCraft II competitions at the Intel Extreme Masters in San Jose! Pick and choose between all attending pro players and assemble your own personal dream team before showing off your fantasy skills against other users.

Signing up is easy - you can use your existing ESL account or sign in with Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. After that, all you need to do name your team, click “Join League” and you’re all set and ready to start picking your players.

Now to introduce the rules for the respective Fantasy leagues:

League of Legends

• $5,500 of virtual currency as your starting budget
• Fantasy roster consists of five players, one covering each position
• The per-game point system is the same as in our LCS Fantasy league (see the graphic below)
• For each series, player stats are divided by total games played, for example:
  • (sum of player’s stats) / (number of maps played) * 3 (*3 for BO3 or *5 for BO5)
• Quarterfinal points are halved
• Selections are made before the tournament starts
• No repicking or swapping

• $4,400 of virtual currency as your starting budget
• Fantasy roster consists of one team captain and three players
• Selections are made before the tournament starts
• No repicking or swapping

Additionally, by taking part in either of the Intel Extreme Masters Fantasy leagues, you’ll have the chance to win awesome prizes thanks to ASUS Republic of Gamers, our official Fantasy league partner. The prizes apply for both the League of Legends as well as the StarCraft II competition.

*Due to warranty, only winners with a valid North American address can qualify for ASUS prizes as they can only be shipped within the United States and Canada. Players from other regions will get replacement prizes (1st place: Nexus 9 or iPad Air 2; 2nd place: €100 ESL Shop voucher).
