Shoreline Community College is located in Seattle, within a region known as the "Pacific Northwest." The Northwest has some of the most beautiful natural scenery in the United States. It is also home to major industries: software (Microsoft, Adobe), biotechnology (Amgen, Zymogenetics), aerospace (Boeing), coffee (Starbucks, Tully's), and medicine/research (University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center).
Academic advisors and support services are available to you at every turn. Coming from abroad is a big step, but preparing for your future is even bigger. Shoreline faculty and staff are here to help!
By providing personalized advising, we make sure that our students’ hard work brings them closer to their goals. An associate degree at Shoreline is equivalent to the first two years at university. After transferring, you will complete two more years at a university and receive a bachelor's degree (although some highly specialized majors may require additional course work). Some of our most popular majors include business, communications, and engineering.
