Learning English at Lado for Future Success

Lado International College offers the following Programs:

Morning Intensive

This program is perfect for students who want to be immersed in the English language for several hours a day. Many of these students also attend our Field Trip Friday excursions to different exciting places in the DC Metro area.

Evening Intensive

The Arlington center offers this program for the student who works full-time or has other daytime commitments. Students receive English instruction 5 days a week in this fast-paced program.

Morning/Evening Semi - Intensive

Many English students also have part-time work commitments, and for that reason this program caters to their busy schedules. This program covers the same material as in the Intensive Program, but at a slower pace.

Saturday

For students who have busy weekday schedules, this program offers the opportunity to learn English for the first time or brush up on what they have already learned on their day off.

The LADO program includes ten levels of English instruction, followed by a variety of upper-level electives, including:

• Diversity of American Culture
• Foreign Accent Reduction and Conversation

Test Preparation classes for TOEFL, IELTS, GRE are also available.

Lado International College also offers a TEFL Certificate Program. The LADO TEFL Certificate program trains teachers in accordance to the standards set forth by TESOL, the global educational association for Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages. Recognized the world over, it is one of the most comprehensive certificate programs in the United States.
